A- The cost is dependent on the various factors like existing condition of kitchen,bathroom,flooring,paint etc.
If any repair work is involved. What kind of changes do you want ? The actual cost can only be provided after site visit.

Q-How much do you charge for new build in per square meters rate
A-The cost varies as per the site, earthworks involved, materials as per the approved plan.
A detailed quote can be provided after we have council approved building consent plans only as we do not believe in offering a
lower price to get the job and put variations in the contract later as we want to keep the whole process transparent.

A-We can help you for subdivision, resource consent and building consent process based on our experience and expertise in all varying site specific aspects.
